We have a busy September planned. By the time you hear this, I shall have been in Poland – for evangelism in a 5,000-seat stadium in Wroclaw (there will be a full report in my next newsletter) – and away in Norway for a week of prayer and ministry. Although my main ministry has always been the former Soviet Union, Russia, Ukraine and now Central Asia, it does include Europe!

Thank you for your continuing support and prayers. Though it is becoming more difficult to preach the Gospel in many places, God is in the business of opening doors! Following the many years of miracles in Europe and the former Soviet Union, God has opened Central Asia and the Caucasus. I believe that what God has done, He can do in this vital region where we are the major Evangelistic Mission because they all know what God did through my ministry in the former Soviet Union and Europe.

From the very first ‘EuroVision’ East/West Conference the Holy Spirit gave me a ‘Vision’ of what God could do if I had the faith to believe in a God of the impossible! That Vision has been in my heart for almost 40 years – and is not yet completed. That’s why God has called me to work in the outer parts of that Soviet Empire – and the same miracle which led to Ukraine’s freedom and revival will lead to the same freedom from Russia and revival in Central Asia! So, we, with your support, will be evangelising with over 5,000 in Kazakhstan in June, then back in Kyiv in July, before Poland in September!

We need a final Holy Ghost revival to sweep the final ones into the Kingdom of God, as promised in the prophecies of Joel! Prophecy is unfolding fast, and in a different way to what most expected. I will speak more about this here in the UK, because it seems to me that the most neglected prophet is Joel, but all my life I have been greatly influenced by him. Before Covid, we filled the Westminster Central Hall in London to overflowing with more than 2,000 people to pray for our nation. It’s in my heart – if God tells me – to fill it again for prayer, prophecy and healing miracles. But I will only do it if He tells me. I must listen to His Voice!

I want to thank you for all your support over so many years. Together we have seen the most incredible miracles, the hundreds of thousands who have found Christ, and the hundreds of churches founded.

The miracles I’ve seen were not merely of healing, but storms stopped, miraculous provision of aircraft, a life of faith overcoming all opposition especially under the communist oppression. Not forgetting surviving at least four assassination attempts!

All my life I have believed the prophecy of Joel which refers to two outpourings of the Holy Spirit – the First Rain and the Latter Rain (Joel 2:23). The First being the Day of Pentecost, the Latter being now! In v28 Joel gives the fuller explanation of that ‘Latter Rain’. I have always believed this latter Rain MUST be GREATER than the First – I have experienced it in my ministry, and YOU can have the same! The Church needs a fresh revelation from God’s own Word – it should, and can, and will happen NOW!

The greater the darkness, the greater the Light must be in us. But it’s NOT us, it’s NOT what we are and who we are. It’s who Christ is! We have to give Him the Glory and the Honour in all things! To God be the Glory!

Together with you who have supported and prayed for this ministry, I celebrate with thankfulness to God for another wonderful year – thousands brought to Christ and hundreds miraculously healed! It is thanks to you for your love and support which has made all this possible. For me you are also part of my family, and together we can look forward to a busier and even more fruitful new year in 2026.

I have been very touched this year by the response to my 75th anniversary celebrations and especially to my autobiography. This new book shows how two things have greatly influenced my life from my earliest teenage years until now. The first is my powerful prayer life which started while I was still in school; the second, the life-changing effect of Christian music on me.

As I write this, together with my faithful team I am leaving for the frontline spiritually – Baku, in Azerbaijan, culturally Moslem, taking a 5,000-seat stadium for three days – with a permit from the government! They liked what I preached when I was there in January, because I preach Jesus, whom they honour in their Koran as a prophet, but He is the Son of God, who died to save all men! The miraculous healings prove that Jesus is very much alive today. I tell the people that I cannot heal them – but Jesus can and does! Taking a stadium for this visit is an historic breakthrough in this country! And we take it for Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

My next evangelism in October is a stadium in Baku, Azerbaijan. This needs massive prayer and financial support – the more difficult the region, the more prayer and finance it requires. This year a large part of our finance and my evangelistic effort has been to reach the Central Asia countries!

So strengthened and renewed after my time of prayer this summer, by the time you receive this I shall be speaking to more than 1500 young people at their annual All-Central Asia Youth Conference, where I have been the main guest speaker for several years. This move of God in Central Asia is so feared by the authorities that the founder and organiser is not allowed to speak or even show his face at his own event – or he will be arrested! But he is my good friend, and we will spend time together! Supporting and facilitating such a significant event takes money and needs much prayer.

Thank you for your much-needed prayers. I am just back from Kyiv, Ukraine, and before that, with just 2 days in the office in between, I was in Kazakhstan.

We arrived in Kyiv late on the night of 3 July. An air raid alarm was in place. As we went to bed after midnight the biggest Russian air assault yet – Kyiv the main target – rained down on us: 539 Shahed drones, 1 Kinzhal missile, 6 ballistic missiles, 4 cruise missiles. Our house shook. Kyiv woke to smoke and debris. I was glad I was there to experience with the people of Ukraine what it is like when Putin tries to bring down hell on an innocent nation.
