Dear Friends and Partners in Christ
I’m just back from Georgia where for 3 days we brought 1000 Adjarian Georgians together in an hotel ballroom in Batumi and I preached Jesus – the Jesus the Koran calls ‘Isa Messih’, Jesus Messiah – but who is alive today in Power! Rarely have I experienced His actual Presence in our midst as in this large Conference Centre! When I prayed for the sick many miracles happened – which is the evidence to these Moslems that the Isa of the Koran is the Jesus of the Bible who is alive today – as only He can work these miracles! Men, women, old and young eagerly came to the platform to share their amazing stories in front of all their friends and relatives! On the Saturday night, I laid hands on all 1000 people and, with a brief prayer, many were instantly healed! A crippled man walked without sticks, blind eyes opened, lame limbs were healed…
We are working with a missionary church of Moslem converts, Adjarians who all came to Christ through powerful miracles of healing or deliverance from drugs and alcohol. In a vision 17 years ago, Pastor Elguja saw Jesus walking alone towards the Adjara mountains and Turkey. Elguja asked, “Why are You alone? Why is no one with you?” Jesus answered, “Where I am going is wild, hard and difficult – no one will come with Me.” Pained that no one dared risk all to go into these closed Moslem communities and bring the Gospel to them, Elguja replied, “Jesus, I'll go with You!”
From that time, he and his church have worked patiently to win the trust and friendship of their own Adjarian people, bringing aid packages to the mountain villages, running summer camps for the kids, praying with the sick and seeing healings, so that one family tells another what Isa, our Jesus, has done for them. In our 3 days with these 1000 Adjarians this May, there was such a strong sense that the Lord Himself was with us, no longer walking alone, but now with many Adjarian people following. So many miracles happened, it was just like the old days in the 1990s when revival broke out in the newly liberated Soviet Union countries. God has not changed – His Power fell on Georgia in these meetings. We will be back next year and the numbers will multiply!
After this we spent two days in the capital, Tbilisi. The first day was in prayer with leaders representing all South Caucasus – Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan – countries on the geopolitical/spiritual divide between Europe and Islam – and also Turkey. Then a full day of prayer for Georgia itself together with the Evangelical and Pentecostal churches. There is serious unrest, the country divided between pro-Russia and pro-Europe factions. The focus of the prayer was peace in Georgia, peace in the whole of South Caucasus – and above all for a revival of faith in Jesus Christ.
By the time you receive this, my 75th anniversary Harrogate Conference will have been very special and significant, you will get a full report later. A few days after this, I fly for a regional evangelistic event in Poland. I am not neglecting evangelism in Europe, but Central Asia and Caucasus are the open door! The incredible miracles which we are seeing amongst the Moslems is bringing them to Christ more than the preaching. In June I will be back ministering in Kazakhstan, one day in the UK, then back in Ukraine!
Saturday 12 July it is my second 75th anniversary event, this time in the Emmanuel Centre, London – it’s going to be a very special impartation service, where I can pass on what I have experienced to the next generation. I have seen miracles of biblical proportions, calming storms, transport and financial miracles where I took 400 people to Siberia for 3 months with no financial backing! I have experienced more miracles of healing than any living evangelist. In this London event, Daniel Chand and I, will pray for the sick and God will work miracles – and I want to impart to you the power to work not only miracles of healing but the real Biblical miracles which I have experienced. We haven’t seen a powerful healing ministry in London for many years now. This is God’s plan and His timing to bring what I have seen in the former Soviet Union home to Britain!
I am excited about what we are going to show you – including a short film of my ministry, and an incredible miracle of healing, recorded on film. I have a lot to say prophetically about the future – Jesus is coming soon – the evidence is compelling. I am giving copies of my recently released autobiography at the 75th anniversary events to all who attend. It shows how revival came to the whole Soviet Union with incredible miracles! But before the Glory of Heaven, we have a great job to do and my own schedule this year is one of the busiest on record – the older I get the harder I am working!
I urge you to join me for fasting and prayer over Ukraine. This is the only nation in the world that has fully united in prayer and turned to God for deliverance from the enemy. Because of this, God must answer, He will deliver. I love Russia and Russian people, but they are enslaved, lied to and deceived by that serpent Satan who is controlling Russia and destroying those I have given 60 years of my life to save. By God’s Power we reached 80% of Russia with the Gospel. The evil that controls Russia today is like a snake, if you step on or touch its tail, it will attack you. You have to go for its head. That head is Putin. In prayer I am taking the snake by the head because, as in Genesis, it is bruising the heel of the Church. I am praying to God to grasp the head of the snake – I take it very personally – this is a David and Goliath situation! In Ukraine we have revival – absolute freedom to preach and evangelise and I will be back there in June. But in every place occupied by the Russians they have destroyed the church buildings of all denominations, punished and killed the pastors in an attempt to ruin God’s work!
Trump said Zelenskyy had no card to play to end this war, but he was wrong. Zelenskyy has the one card which will defeat the rest – it has a Cross on it – God sent His Son into the world to destroy the works of the devil! Ukraine is a praying nation – demonstrated by the 7 National Days of Prayer when all Evangelical, Orthodox and Catholic Christians have come together to call on God. I believe in the ultimate victory; God WILL answer their prayer! I am fasting and praying that every Russian soldier will leave Ukraine, including Crimea where I saw so many miracles when the freedom first came. God cannot be defeated – He is a God of miracles!
Pray for me also. We need a miracle to be able to finance the work of evangelism for the rest of this intense year. Pray strongly with me that the Lord will supply all our needs – physical, spiritual and financial!
