The Holy Spirit is in me and you

There is only one Holy Spirit – HE is IN me! Not outside, I am not waiting for another Holy Spirit – HE, the Spirit who raised up Jesus from the dead, who was in Paul and Peter, that mighty, miracle-working power of the Great God I am boasting about, is in me now, and HE has been in me for over fifty years! I cannot receive any greater power than that I already have, in me now!

That is why I do not seek a new experience and that is why the FIRE has not gone out for fifty years! Yes, I am different now to what I was fifty years ago. But notice HE is not different, I am! During fifty years HE has cleaned out a lot of my self and pride, my own works, and because I am not perfect, He will continue to do so until I am raptured into glory. However, HE does not change – I do!

Jesus said, ‘He that believeth on Me, out of his inner being shall flow rivers of living water.’ The Holy Spirit is the source, but the Word of God says that when we have received the Holy Spirit, the source is in us! External experiences are of the world, the flesh or the devil.

The Indwelling Holy Spirit: A 50-Year Testimony of Constant Power

Many believers search for external spiritual "highs" or a "new" Holy Spirit, but the biblical truth is centered on the permanent indwelling of God. When you receive the Holy Spirit, you possess the same resurrection power that operated in the Apostles Paul and Peter.

Is the Holy Spirit Inside or Outside the Believer?

The Holy Spirit is not an external force we wait for; He is a present reality within the believer. According to the scriptures, the Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us. There is no "greater power" to be received than the Almighty God already residing in your spirit.

Why the "Spiritual Fire" Does Not Fade

The secret to a life of consistent spiritual fervor – lasting fifty years or more – is not seeking new experiences, but recognising the sufficiency of the original Gift.

The Source is Internal: As Jesus stated, "He that believeth on Me, out of his inner being shall flow rivers of living water."

The Spirit is Constant: While the believer changes, the Holy Spirit does not.

The Process of Sanctification: Over decades, the indwelling Spirit works to remove self, pride, and dead works, preparing the believer for glory.

External experiences are often of the world, the flesh, or the enemy. The true source of miracle-working power is already within you through the Word and the Spirit.

Can a believer receive more power than the Holy Spirit?

No. The Holy Spirit is the ultimate power of God. You do not receive "more" of Him; rather, He receives more of you through surrender and the cleaning out of self.

How do you keep the "fire" of the Holy Spirit for decades?

By ceasing the search for "new" experiences and resting in the fact that the source of living water is already inside you. Consistency comes from the unchanging nature of God, not the fluctuating emotions of man.
