He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on people who are ill, and they will get well.’ (Mark 16:15-18, NIV)
When we see what is happening in the world today, the fulfilment of so many prophecies, and how close we are to the return of Christ, we need to act fast. Remember the great commission of Christ, “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel!” – Mark 16:15. Remember also that the Bible says, ‘For this purpose was the Son of man revealed, to destroy the works of the evil one.’ – 1 John 3:8. In order to do these things and to see the fulfilment of all that GOD, rather than what the devil wants to do in these last days, we need to experience and know God’s dynamic power in us!
In Acts 1:8 Jesus said, “You shall receive power after the Holy Ghost is come upon you, and you shall be witnesses.” The clear promise is that HIS power would be in US. Also that we would become witnesses. A witness is one who sees something and reports on it. We need to see, experience and witness God’s miraculous power in action! Not merely by sitting and waiting, but by making it happen through the power of God. Get a vision and make it happen!
In these last days, we in the Church need to be filled, not just with ordinary power such as every born-again Christian receives, but with a mighty experience which the Scripture refers to as being ‘baptised into’ the Holy Spirit. This is an enduement with power which will enable us to speak with new tongues and work healings and miracles. I am convinced that God’s Spirit in us can produce not only miraculous healings but miracles of the supernatural, such as we have experienced in Siberia. In these last awesome days nothing less than this will do. Only the fulfilment of EVERYTHING which Christ promised will become in us a mighty instrument of warfare which will win souls and demonstrate the power and glory of God to unbelieving men and nations.
I have seen many miracles. In a period of five years, only in Russia and Ukraine, we recorded more than 20,000 healings! I have a very long record with the KGB! One year I arrived in a city in Russia and they were waiting to stop me preaching – but their biggest problem was not the preaching, it was the miracles of healing! They are not afraid of preachers – they are afraid of the Power of God! They asked me, “What is your authority to heal the sick?” We opened the Word of God and showed them Mark 16, “This is what God tells us to do, it’s in the Bible, ‘Lay hands on the sick and they WILL be healed!’ We’re going to do what the Bible says,” and they couldn’t stop us!
I cannot find one place in the four Gospels where Jesus ever tells His disciples to ‘pray’ for the sick! He always says either HEAL them or lay hands on them, as in Mark 16:17-18, where He says, “These signs will follow those who believe… they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.”
‘Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.’ (John 14:12-14, NIV)
In these last days God is saying to the church, NOW, “I am prepared to do something greater, bigger, more miraculous than anything that has ever been seen before in the earth, or in the church.” God is about to do the greatest miracles the world has ever seen. He’s going to raise up men like Elijah, men with an anointing to do the greater works than Jesus did! – John 14:12. Why? Because we are living in the days of the return of Christ, when we’re going to see Revival Fire bursting on the church, until we are working and believing and moving into spiritual victory – all in the preparation for the glorious return of Jesus!
People will ask, “Has anybody ever seen or heard anything like this before?
God is moving today by the Holy Spirit, but we haven’t yet seen the REAL Glory of God, what He CAN do, but it WILL come! Yes, before Christ comes, in my lifetime, God is going to reveal His Glory on earth! I’m determined to see it!
