Dear Ministry Partner
I am having to write this early as I am away overseas for most of this month! For the first part of February, I am in Switzerland praying on the mountains where I experience real closeness to the Lord. In Scripture, so many times Jesus went to the mountains to pray before significant miracles, and similarly, I have had real answers to prayer when I ‘go to the hills’, for a fresh mountain top experience! Then I go to Ukraine, followed by Asia – all in February.
We are entering the most troubling time since the end of the Cold War. But it is significant that when, in 1988, I prophesied the collapse of the former Soviet Union and the Iron Curtain, I also prophesied that this would be a short window before a new ‘curtain’ would fall – spiritual, political, and military! This is now being fulfilled and is why I evangelised so massively and effectively in the last 30 years and more. Now so many countries where the Holy Spirit fell in power are closed to large-scale evangelism: Russia itself – you cannot evangelise outside registered churches – Kazakhstan – Armenia – Crimea – all countries where we saw massive miracles – possibly Georgia – East Ukraine – where the Russians have taken control, closed churches in Lugansk and Donetsk and killed pastors where I evangelised. Now Ukraine is threatened, and if the Russians take any form of control there, the evangelical churches will be persecuted as they have been in East Ukraine. This is why I pray with urgency and seek God’s prophetic vision for the immediate future! All my life I have followed a clear prophetic vision for Europe, hence my ministry, ‘Eurovision’.
On the positive, I have recently returned from Poland where the Lord opened doors and answered very powerfully! This is why I pray and seek guidance as to where the Holy Spirit will be moving next, so I can follow Him! Thank you for praying!
I met personally with Archbishop Rys for a very encouraging exchange, followed by a lengthy interview with Polish National TV. That evening a service in the big Catholic Cathedral in Lodz was the most moving experience for me, more charismatic and open than any similar meeting I have been invited to in the UK! I met with the Catholic leaders before the service, then after just two worship songs I was given a full hour to speak and pray with the sick, preaching Jesus and the Power in His Name! After I prayed and many testified of healing, three of the local lay Catholics also continued praying for the sick, then, as agreed, the Archbishop spoke very movingly from Acts 15 on unity – how the early Church dealt with its first divisions! After he finished, he gave me such a warm embrace as he thanked me and confirmed our next meeting in May! This was in front of the whole congregation, with over 5,000 watching the live stream.
The Archbishop was so touched by my message, that the next day at his Sunday service he spoke of his amazement at what I had said and my personal experience of Jesus. With another 3000 also watching online, he thus confirmed to the whole of Catholic Poland his acceptance of my ministry. In his words, they should listen to the experience of this 90-year-old man!
For me, that Sunday meant much travel, beginning with 2 ½ hours to the main National Sfera TV studio to film an hour-long interview where they again supported what I was saying! Then another hour by car, to speak to their young leaders in training in the main Catholic University in Krakow! They listened intently, accepting my message as they talked with me afterwards. Unfortunately, Covid is hitting Poland badly, only 53% are vaccinated, and immediately after my message they closed the University and banned public gatherings – but after I left!
This brief but exhausting weekend was powerful confirmation that, under the leadership of Archbishop Rys, they continue working towards gathering very large numbers, tens and even hundreds of thousands – we pray even by the time October comes. Before that, in May, the Archbishop wants me to meet leaders from other Catholic countries on his recommendation! Truly God is moving powerfully amongst the Catholics in Poland, and this move could, by God’s Power, become like the mighty move in Ukraine.
Immediately following my prayer this month in Switzerland, I will be meeting with the next generation of ‘spiritual rebels’ in England to inspire them and encourage them to do as I did and ‘break out’ of the spiritual restrictions and let the Holy Spirit move upon this land once more as He has in the past!
But most pressing is the seriousness of the situation in Ukraine where, at the time of writing this, Putin is on the verge of launching a major attack, possibly to take Kiev and replace the government with pro-Russian leaders. If the Russians use the heavy weapons they have massed on the borders, it will be a bloodbath. Already 14,000 have died since 2014, this time it could be 100,000. World peace will be affected. And if Russia controls Ukraine, it will be the same as it now is in Russia: there will be massive persecution of Christians, and evangelism banned outside a registered church! Thank God for our massive evangelism there over the last 30 years! We need a miracle to stop Putin, just as he was stopped from pressing further into Ukraine when he first seized Crimea and Donbass (East Ukraine) in February 2014.
I have in my heart to complete the 7th National Day of Prayer for Ukraine in June this year, and to follow this in 2023 with massive evangelism in the largest 100,000 seat stadium in the centre of Kiev, supported by every single denomination. I have in my heart to see a massive move of God in Ukraine, and to restrain Satan’s next planned move until God’s work is done. So, just days after my return from prayer in Switzerland, I am flying to Kiev where at least 20 of the top denominational leaders will join me on Sunday 20th February for powerful intercession against an attack from Russia. We expect support from the government. I believe in prayer and fasting, that God would stop Putin as He did with Pharoah in the time of Moses!
Then this month I go back into Asia to take advantage of this new mission field. I do not mention specific countries until I return, as all I say is monitored by some who would oppose and stop me!
All this is significant because by God’s help, my strength, instead of diminishing with age, is increasing, as is the Fire burning within me! Time is short, the world is in chaos, but Jesus is coming sooner than we expect and, as Jesus said, “Work, for the night is coming.” This is the final harvest; Jesus said the harvest is great – but there are not enough reapers. And I don’t have enough time to raise money, so I am praying on the mountains for the Lord to ‘open the windows of Heaven’ and pour out the finance!

Proverbs 19:23 teaches that as you live a life surrendered to God, you’ll experience abundant life, protection, and complete satisfaction! This is our prayer for you! That God will bless your faithfulness in such a way, that you will live in divine health, and be able to bless others! Because of your generosity, Russian Holocaust survivors and their families living in Israel, receive humanitarian and spiritual support, and internally displaced persons living in Ukraine receive care, comfort and charity. This year in April, David will be 90! Over 72 years in ministry! He will be celebrating this milestone with ministry in Ukraine, Israel, Central Asia and Poland! Seeing greater miracles and evangelising more than ever! David is not slowing down! Time is short! And the coming of the Lord is near!
