Preparations for the National Day of Prayer for Ukraine, which was miraculously held on 12 June, began two years ago. Due to the challenges of the global pandemic, it was the most difficult event we have held. Working under total uncertainty of what will happen or even whether the Ukraine government would even finally allow the event to be held, and if held, what restrictions would be imposed.

Easter Humanitarian Aid Distribution in Ukraine
On 2nd May, representatives of David Hathaway’s Ministry in Ukraine, organised a special Orthodox Easter celebration and humanitarian aid distribution. 250 people received food packages, each weighing 10kg, containing: sugar, oil, flour, noodles, buckwheat and cereal. These items were chosen because many of those receiving these items neither own fridge-freezers nor are they are unable to afford electricity to keep items fresh.
Spring Bible Distribution in East Ukraine
This Spring representatives of David Hathaway’s Ministry in Ukraine distributed Bibles and humanitarian aid to the frontline, East Ukraine. We distributed hundreds of kilos of food, first Aid kits and hygiene supplies. Together with the Ukraine Bible Society, we were able to purchase a vehicle to assist those living in those difficult conditions. Using this vehicle, we distributed hundreds of Bibles into territories where no one can officially visit.
Spring Humanitarian Aid Distribution in Ukraine
This Spring David Hathaway’s Ministry in Ukraine provided humanitarian support to refugees and internally displaced persons who fled their homes because of the ongoing conflict with Russian-backed separatists in East Ukraine. They need special care, practical, spiritual and emotional, as many of them have lost loved ones.
April Humanitarian Aid Distribution in Israel
What a wonderful and blessed month we had! We celebrated the Passover, the festival of Liberation and Salvation of the Israeli nation. It is remarkable that the festival coincides with a dramatic improvement in the Covid-19 infection figures over the past two months in Israel, credited to their successful vaccination campaign. As a ministry we are using this opportunity to celebrate their deliverance!

January Humanitarian Aid Distribution in Israel
We start the new year with hope and praise for God’s faithfulness, and the many great opportunities He has given us to serve those in need. So far this year, we have been able to visit and support many more people than we imagined possible. Because of Israel relaxing the strict quarantine rules, we could again commence face-to-face meetings with Russian Holocaust Survivors.
How we help Russian Holocaust Survivors (2020 Review)
The aim of our work in Israel is to share the love of Jesus by building personal relationships with former prisoners of the ghettos and war survivors. – This is why we frequently visit our friends individually, pray for them, and provide much needed companionship. We read the Bible together, exploring the Truth of God’s Word.
Christmas Day Humanitarian Aid Distribution
