So much of the Church has lost sight of what it was like in the days of the Acts of the Apostles. The early Church grew because God confirmed the preaching of His Word with miracles, signs, and wonders. The Gospel was never just words – it was accompanied by the power of God.
That has been one of the most remarkable aspects of my own ministry. It is not simply the message that I preach, but the extraordinary miracles that have followed as the Gospel has been proclaimed with boldness.
Jesus is still the Healer.
Very often, when people ask me to lay hands on them, I reply, “No, I want you to obey the Scriptures.” Jesus said, “These signs will accompany those who believe... they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.” I encourage people to place their own hands on the area of sickness while I pray with them. Then the miracles happen – not because of me, but because they are looking to Jesus, the One who heals.
An important part of my ministry is simply to testify to the miracles God performs wherever I go. They are truly extraordinary.
At the end of Acts 5:16 we read these remarkable words: “All of them were healed.”
What a challenge that is to the Church today. God's power has not diminished. His ability to heal has not weakened. Sadly, it is often our expectation and our faith that have diminished – not His power.

The Gospel Demands Divine Power: The preaching of the Gospel in the New Testament was never restricted to words alone; it was confirmed through tangible manifestations of God’s power.
Christ-Centered Faith Over Personality: True healing miracles occur not through human ministers, but when individuals fix their faith directly on Jesus Christ as the Healer.
Participatory Faith: Encouraging believers to actively obey Scripture – such as placing their own hands on areas of pain while receiving prayer – shifts reliance from individual leaders to God's promises.
Unchanging Power of God: God's capacity to heal has not diminished over time; rather, modern challenges often stem from decreased expectation and faith within the contemporary Church.
