Being a believer longer than most of you, I’ve experienced many problems, such as cancer, and have spent a year in prison for the Gospel – but in all my life GOD HAS NEVER FAILED ME ONCE! HE has ALWAYS answered my prayers!
Discovering the greatness of God
All my life I've desired to see the greatness of our God. I want to explore His greatness and discover more of His Power. The older I become, the more I understand who God is. For 16 years I was a pastor, but at heart I was an evangelist. Even when I was at school I was evangelising; I led my teacher to Christ, and two of the boys in my class became preachers. ‘For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.’ (Romans 1.16, KJV)
God your deliverer
We must expect God to move in Power today. In Exodus 3:2 the Angel of the Lord appeared to Moses in a flame of fire in the middle of a bush. Moses was not expecting to meet with God, and he did not see Him, he simply saw a BUSH ON FIRE. If you were walking along the street, and you saw a tree on fire, you would go and look. But when Moses looked, it was not normal, the fire was in the tree, but the tree was not burnt! It was the evidence of the presence of God like burning fire!
The Glory of God
I want you to know the Power and the Glory of God. He is so big, so powerful, no place on earth can contain Him. And yet, the Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary, and she carried within her the very essence of God. What couldn't be contained by the whole of creation, was carried in the womb of a humble woman who submitted to the plans and purposes of God. Like Mary, we carry within us the majesty and splendour of God.
I've experienced the Power of God
How will you see miracles in your life and ministry? By faith in the name of Jesus. It is through power of the name of Jesus and the faith which comes through and from Him, that will work miracles. I've experienced the Power of God all my life; I was baptised in the Holy Spirit when I was 13, now 77 years later, the Power of the Holy Spirit is stronger in me now than it was back then.
Your words contain miracles
There are miracles in the words you speak. If you really believe what you say, you will speak – and the mountain will move! Whatever you say, if you speak with faith and authority, and don’t doubt, you will be healed, your family will be blessed, your financial burden will move – even if these things are mountains in your life! But let this be a warning – watch your tongue – the miracle is in your mouth!!
How to see the Power of God in your life
I like to boast about the Power of my God because He is a God of miracles! Yes, God is a God of love, of compassion. But the God I know and serve, the God of the Bible, is not passive, but active on our behalf. A God of love, but also a God of Power. I have Christ IN me and I have the Holy Spirit IN me! That is the secret of 70 years of miracle ministry.
Determined to touch Jesus
Do you need a miracle of healing? Do you question, does Jesus still heal today? The desire of Jesus is that your spirit, soul and body be pure and whole. Then why do we get sick? For the same reason we still sin. We live in a fallen world, and the Kingdom of Heaven is a Coming Kingdom - but there is a day coming when all things will be made new: ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever’ (Revelation 21:4, NLT). Jesus still heals today! I myself have experienced two miraculous healings from cancer, but my wife experienced her healing passing from life into eternity.
How you can have Power in your life
I want to show how you can have Holy Ghost Power in your life. Writing in Ephesians 1v11, the Apostle Paul speaks of the ‘inheritance’ we have received in Christ, being predestinated according to the Purpose of Him who works all things according to His Will! Paul writes in vv12‐13, God has chosen us to be the ‘praise of His Glory’, we who first trusted – IN CHRIST! All of this is coming about because of our trust IN CHRIST!
Amazing Miracles - The Power and Authority of God
I have seen the incredible Power of God! Not just my own personal healings from cancer, and my release from a communist prison in answer to prayer. But I've seen miracles right from the start of my ministry. The Bible teaches us that God put all power into the Name of Jesus and gave Him power and authority over sickness, to heal and work miracles – unlimited power. If you want an answer to prayer, Jesus told us, ask the Father in His Name and God will give what we ask!
